Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aryanil Ante Private Limited. We aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all orders. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom-printed products (Feather Flags, Gazebo, Canopy, Umbrella, etc.) require additional production time of 2–5 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across PAN India using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery timeline:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

  • All the products which is purchase will be delivered 7 to 12 business Days.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Any additional charges (remote area surcharge, heavy goods charge, etc.) will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier link via email/WhatsApp/SMS so you can track your shipment in real time.

5. Delay in Delivery

We try our best to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier operational issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete address.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and video of the package.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier and provide a resolution based on their investigation.

Damages Products will be Delivered in 7 to 12 Business Days (Note :- Only if it is Approved from Aryanil)

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
For bulk international orders, please contact us directly.
